Q: Where is Simply Sadee's located?

A:  Pukalani, Maui. However, I only take orders by email or phone.

Q: Does Simply Sadee's deliver?

A: Yes, but only on the island of Maui. There will be a small charge for deliveries to Kahului, Kihei, and Lahaina.



Q: Can I pick up my desserts?

​A: No. Simply Sadee's only does delivery. No pick-ups.



Q: When does Simply Sadee's deliver?

A: Please fill out a contact form about your dessert delivery for more information.



Q: How do I place my order?

A: You can place your order by filling out a contact form, sending an email, or making a phone call.



Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: Cash, check, or by credit card (using Square) by mail or in person.



Q: Do I have to pay up front?

A: For dessert tables, yes. You pay 50% of the total up front and the rest when we deliver.



Q: How early should I place my order?

A: It depends. For dessert tables, please place your order as soon as possible since it requires a couple weeks to a month or two of planning. As for other individual desserts, please place your order at least 3 days in advance.



Q: What if I want to cancel my order?

A: Order cancellations must be done a week prior to delivery for dessert tables and at least 2 days prior to delivery for other individual desserts to get a 100% money-back refund. Any cancellations after that you will only be able to get 50% of your money back.
